Ethical Standards

Confidentiality and ethics
Your personal and investment data is confidential, and we will keep it that way.

Confidentiality
To produce Invespectra ranking reports, Invespectra  requires some personal information, as well as some summary information about your investments and your portfolio performance. When you provide that information to us, we will respect your confidentiality. That means:

1. Your personal data is secure on the Invespectra website. No-one else can see your personal data except you when you login and authorised Invespectra representatives for the purpose of providing the service.
2. We will use it for the sole purpose of producing ranking reports allowing you and other investors to compare the performance of Investment Adviser teams and communicating with you when necessary. Those reports are based on Investment Advisers’ and providers average performance for all clients within the relevant risk profile.

Ethics
Invespectra commits to act with honesty and integrity towards all members, partners, distributors and suppliers, and all others it has professional dealings with. We undertake to put members’ interests first, before any personal or financial interests, but subject to existing obligations and ensuring the ongoing viability of the service.

We like the quote from French economist who wrote in 1850: "Treat all economic questions from the viewpoint of the consumer, for the interests of the consumer are the interests of the human race."
